Cobaty operation: everything starts from the base.
Each Cobatyste is part of an Association, true heart and lung of Cobaty. While respecting federal ethics and rules, it has a great deal of autonomy. Immersed in local realities, she is very listened to by decision-makers. The Associations are grouped in 11 Districts. The “District” is the relay, the transmission belt between the Associations and the Federation. The Bureau and the Federal Board of Directors (FCA) serve the Associations. Elected for two years, renewable once, they help them, accompany them, support them chart great directions to give meaning to the whole. The Federation is also the showcase of Cobaty at the highest levels.
Being Cobatyste, a very specific profile.

The structure of Cobaty, the head of its decentralization, with more than a hundred Associations gathered in Districts, allows its leaders to be anchored in the local economic and social fabric, while being in direct contact with regional realities, national and international. Local associations benefit from the reflections carried out at national level through commissions dealing with the major themes of our society. Bringing together, reflecting, exchanging, developing, animating, opening up new ways is the creative capacity of this set of skills, whose dynamism is commensurate with the commitment of its members.
